Learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State are present.
During arguments, it was stated by learned counsel for applicants that earlier a first information report was lodged against opposite party no.2 and others by one Ram Bachan Yadav and thereafter impugned complaint has been lodged as a counter blast to the said case but it appears that said Ram Bachan Yadav or the injured persons of that case are not applicants in the instant application under Section - 482 Cr.P.C.
Matter requires further hearing on the point as to how the said Ram Bachan Yadav is connected with the applicants.
