Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A., and perused material on record.

This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the trial court to decide the application of the applicant dated 27.11.2020 with regard to discharging the applicant regarding bail bond in respect of accused Badan Singh @ Baddo in Case No. 5803 of 2019, pending before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 6, Ghaziabad in Case Crime No. 337 of 2003, under Section 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., P.S. Vijay Nagar, District Ghaziabad.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that applicant has filed the aforesaid application on 27.11.2020 for discharging him from the bail bond of the accused Badan Singh @ Baddoa but the trail court has not decided the same till date.

Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2020, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law within two months, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, expeditiously from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before it, if there is no other legal impediment.
