1. Heard Sri Abhishek Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Rajeev Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State.

1. The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the summoning order dated 03.04.2023 as well as entire proceeding of Complaint Case No.769 of 2023 (Devendra Bhati Vs. Manoj Bhati), under Section 138 of N.I. Act, P.S. Kasna, District Gautam Budh Nagar.

1. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that he wants to settle the dispute with opposite party no.2 and to test his bona fide applicant is directed to bring a draft of Rs.2,05,000/- in favour of Mediation Centre of this Court, within a period of two weeks.

1. Issue notice to opposite party no.2.

1. Considering the aforesaid request, the present matter is referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court Allahabad, subject to the condition that the applicant will deposit a sum of Rs.2,05,000/- within two weeks from today with the Mediation Centre out of which Rs.2,00,000/- shall be paid to opposite party no.2 on his appearance before the Mediation Centre on a date to be fixed by the mediation center. Balance Rs.5,000/- shall be retained by the mediation center towards its expenses.
