Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the State.
In order to show bonafide learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant will make payment of Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty thousand only) to opposite party no.2 through ECS mode within a period of one month and file and affidavit of the compliance before this court on or before the next date fixed.
Put-up this case on 6th January, 2024 as fresh case.
Till the next date of listing the execution of the impugned recovery warrant dated 26.04.2024, passed by Principal Judge, Family Court Chandauli, in Case no.820 of 2023, police Station Alinagar, District Chandauli shall not effected.
However, in case of default in complying this order, the Family Court concerned shall be free to execute its order passed against the applicant without waiting for any further order from this court.
