- Learned counsel for the applicant submits that after the statements recorded under Section 200 and 202 Cr.P.C. in the instant complaint case filed by the opposite party no.2, vide order dated 19.01.2024, the learned trial court directed the for an investigation in terms of Section 202 (1) Cr.P.C. and the report of the same was asked to be placed on 05.02.2024. In terms of the said order dated 19.01.2024, the Sub-Inspector Ratnesh Kumar Maurya of Police Station Kasya, District Kushinagar has submitted a report alleging therein that there is no evidence of the incidents have been taken place.
