Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record.

This application has been filed with a prayer to allow this application and quash the entire charge sheet dated 09.12.2020 u/s 308, 325, 323, 504 I.P.C., 1860 and summoning order dated 22.12.2021 both arising out of Case Crime No. 0369 of 2020 u/s 308, 325, 323, 504 I.P.C., P.S.-Alapur, District-Budaun.

At the outset learned counsel for the applicants limited his argument to the extent that learned court concerned be directed to make disposal of bail application of the applicants as expeditiously as possible in view of latest law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another LL 2022 SC 577 decided on 11.07.2022.

Learned A.G.A. has no objection in this regard.

On considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made by learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned A.G.A., perusal of record, it is expedient to direct the learned court that if the applicants appear and move bail application before it within a period of 30 days from today, them same shall be heard and disposed of as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law in view of law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another LL 2022 SC 577 decided on 11.07.2022.

In the meantime, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants.

Accordingly, this application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of finally.
