The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants with a prayer to quash the order dated 08.07.2024 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court-1, Banda in Session Trial No. 192 of 2011, arising out of Case Crime No. 870 of 2010, under Sections 363, 366, 380 IPC, P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Banda, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court-1, Banda.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the present application has become infructuous due to appearance of witnesses in the court below.
This application is, accordingly, dismissed as having become infructuous.
