Shri Jagriti Bardhan Rao, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have been chargesheeted under Sections 143, 188, 353, 336, 341 I.P.C. The applicants have already been enlarged on bail by the trial court by order dated 12.03.2024.
The only prayer made by Shri Jagriti Bardhan Rao, learned counsel for the applicants is that the applicants may be permitted to file a discharge application and appear through counsel till the decision of the discharge application.
Learned AGA does not have any serious objection to the aforesaid prayer.
No useful purpose would be served by keeping the application pending. In the interest of justice the following directions are issued:
exempted and they shall appear through counsel till the discharge application is decided.
In wake of the aforesaid, the Application U/S 482 is disposed of.
