The instant application has been filed seeking quashing of charge-sheet dated 23.07.2022 as well as summoning order dated 28.09.2022 in Criminal Case No. 1994 of 2022 (State vs. Prahlad and Others) arising out of Case Crime No. 308 of 2022 u/S 452, 323 I.P.C., Police Station- Rath, District- Hamirpur, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Rath, Hamirpur.
3. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicants seeks withdrawal of the instant application.
4. The instant application is dismissed as withdrawn .
