Sri Basu Dev, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 along with short counter affidavit, which is taken on record.
Learned counsel for both the parties jointly submitted that parties settled their dispute with regard to offence punishable under Sections 384, 452 of I.P.C. on the basis of compromise dated 28.5.2024. A photostat copy of the compromise has been filed.
Learned counsel for the applicant prays for and is granted three weeks' time to file supplementary affidavit annexing therewith original compromise deed.
Put up on 5.2.2025 as fresh showing the name of Sri Basu Dev as counsel for the opposite party No. 2.
Until further orders of this Court, further proceedings of Case No. 6667 of 2024 (State Vs. Prabhu Patel), arising out of Case Crime No. 146 of 2022, under Sections 384, 452, IPC, Police Station Sigra, District Varanasi, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Varanasi shall remain stayed.
