Present application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant to quash the entire proceedings of case No. 75340 of 2021 (State Vs. Sandip Kumar Shukla), arising out of case crime No. 306 of 2020, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 34, I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali, District Kanpur Nagar as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 26.4.2021, pending in the court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
