Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the parties settled their dispute out of the Court with regard to offence punishable under Sections 323, 336, 308, I.P.C. on the basis of compromise dated 14.5.2024, which has been verified in pursuance of order of a Coordinate Bench of this Court passed in Application U/S 482 No. 6171 of 2024 on 26.4.2024.
Put up on 12.2.2025 as fresh.
Until further orders of this Court, further proceedings of Case No. 47917 of 2015 (State of U.P. Vs. Manoj and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 1073 of 2013, under Sections 323, 336, 308, I.P.C., Police Station- New Agra, District Agra, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra shall remain stayed.
