Heard Shri Raghvendra Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Chhavipal Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the materials on record.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the order dated 03.06.2024 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 4, Mainpuri in Session Trial No. 474 of 2014 (State vs. Ramji Lal and others), arsing out of Case Crime No. 282 of 2014, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302, 504, 506, 120-B IPC, P.S. Karhal, District Mainpuri, whereby the trial court rejected the application to produce the documents in defence evidence.
Vide order dated 03.06.2024 the trial court rejected the application observing that the translation of some documents from Gujarati to English language has been filed without any affidavit of correctness of the translation.
After some arguments the learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application with affidavit to produce the document as defence evidence before the trial court.
Accordingly, this application dismissed as not pressed.
