Heard Sri Sudhanshu Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Kamleshwar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
Present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to issue a direction to release the applicant in three cases; Case Crime No. 677 of 2023, Case Crime No. 21 of 2024 and Case Crime No. 64 of 2024, of P.S. Ramgarh, District Firozabad, on the basis of personal bond and two sureties.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in two cases related to the year 2023 and 2024, applicant has been implicated on the basis of confessional statement. It is further submitted that on the basis of said two cases, one case of U.P. Gangsters and Ante Social Activities Act has been slapped against the applicant. Applicant is a poor person and he is languishing in jail till today after allowing the bail application in Gangsters Act on 31.05.2024 in Crl. Misc. Bail Application No. 21435 of 2024.
It is further submitted that two cases of offences punishable under Section 380, 457, 411 of I.P.C. and one U.P. Gangsters Act are related to the same P.S. Ramgarh.
