Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the parties have settled their dispute punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 506 IPC. It is further submitted that the first information report has been lodged to convert a civil dispute into a criminal case.
The aforesaid compromise has been sent for verification to the court concerned by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
