- Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
- It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that applicant no.1 is the wife of opposite party no.2/ complainant and applicant no.2 is father of applicant no.1. Due to dispute, the applicant no.1 has filed a case under Section 125 Cr.P.C. on 15.09.2022 against the opposite party no.2 and thereafter impugned complaint has been lodged by opposite party no.2 on 31.10.2022 as a counterblast. Referring to the facts of the matter, it was submitted that essentially matter relates to matrimonial dispute and impugned proceedings are counterblast and thus, liable to be quashed.
