Learned counsel for applicant has submitted that because of certain reasons applicant could not deposit the amount before the Mediation Centre in compliance of order of this Court, therefore, he may be granted one week's further time to deposit the same.
Considering the aforesaid request, applicant is granted one week's further time on the undertaking of counsel for applicant that the amount shall be deposited by the next date of listing.
It is made clear that if the amount is not deposited by the next date of listing, present petition will be dismissed with cost.
