Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that there is a typographical mistake in the date mentioned in the prayer clause of the petition/application. He may be given an opportunity to file appropriate application for amendment/modification. Learned counsel for the applicants further submits that he also wants to submit the copy of the statement of the complainant recorded under Section 200 Cr.P.C. and of the witness recorded under Section 202 Cr.P.C.
Learned A.G.A. has no objection.
In view of the prayer so made, list this case on 26.02.2024.
In the meantime, learned A.G.A. shall seek instructions regarding availability of any medical examination report of the complainant/victim.
