Case No. 779/11/2020, State Versus Informant-Soni, arising out of Case Crime No. 77 of 2022, under Sections 307, 504 of I.P.C., Police Station- Maudarwaza, District Farrukhabad pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Farrukhabad.
It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to stay the further proceeding of Misc. Case No. 779/11/2020, State Versus InformantSoni, arising out of Case Crime No. 77 of 2022, under Sections 307, 504 of I.P.C., Police Station- Maudarwaza, District Farrukhabad pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Farrukhabad, during pendency of the present criminal misc. application otherwise the applicants will suffer irreparable loss and injury.
