- Heard Mr. Shiv Sagar Singh, the learned counsel for applicants and Mr. Sanjay Kumar Yadav, the learned counsel representing C.B.I.

- Learned counsel for applicants submits that the proceedings before the Court of C.B.I. are not maintainable inasmuch as the C.B.I. has not charge sheeted the applicant under the Prevention of Corruption Act. He therefore submits that the matter is liable to be heard by the Regular Court.

- At this juncture, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Yadav, the learned counsel representing C.B.I. seeks time to study the matter.
