By means of instant application u/s 482, a challenge has been made to an order dated 23.10.2024 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Bahraich in Case No.1202/12/2024 : Sarnam Khan vs. Dileram , Police Station Fakharpur, District Bahraich, whereby an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. has come to be rejected.
3. Learned A.G.A. for the State has raised a preliminary objection that this order is revisable also.
4. Issue notice to opposite party No.2, returnable at an early date.
