Heard Sri Sanjay Mishra, learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for State.

The impugned order is an order passed for interim maintenance in an application filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for applicant has made various arguments, however, at this stage in case the same is considered and a finding is arise that will be prejudiced the case of either parties as they are at liberty to raise all arguments at final stage as well as learned Family Court has to decide application finally also. Therefore, this application is disposed of without interfering with the impugned order since Rs. 10,000/- is not on very higher side, with an observation that opposite parties will have liberty to raise all legally permissible argument on basis of document, if so filed and learned Trial Court will pass an order finally after considering submissions and evidence preferably within a period of three months.

Accordingly, this application is disposed of.
