- Present petition has been filed with following prayer:-
"(i). to direct the learned Appellate Court/Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Court No. 2, Ghaziabad to decide the stay application filed in Appeal No. 201 of 2024 ( Varun Malhotra vs. Smt. Bithika Majumdar) expeditiously within a stipulated period of time or next date fixed and also direct the respondent not to dispossess the petitioner over flat no. D-508 Ajnara Integrity, Raj Nagar Extion, Ghaziabad till the disposal of the said stay application filed in Appeal no. 201 of 2024."
- Learned counsel for petitioners submitted that stay application is pending since long, therefore, a direction may be issued to decide the same at the earliest.
