Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that prior to filing of instant petition private opposite party Nos.6 and 7 have expired and inadvertently, these opposite parties have wrongly been impleaded in the array of parties, as such, he does not want to press the present petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition.
To the aforesaid, learned counsel for the State has no objection.
In view of aforesaid, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
