Heard Sri Abhishek Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri S.P. Tiwari, learned A.G.A.-I for the State.
After some argument as well as after indulgence of Sri Manoj Kumar Mishra, Secretary of Oudh Bar Association, Lucknow, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to not press this writ petition and submits that the instant writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed.
Learned A.G.A.-I for the State has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
Accordingly, in view of the request made by Sri Manoj Kumar Mishra, Secretary of Oudh Bar Association, Lucknow as well as Sri Abhishek Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
