1. Present petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned order dated 22.10.2024 passed by opposite party no.1 i.e. District Judge, Sitapur in election petition no. 3/2023, (Smt. Rashmi Jaiswal Versus District Election Officer, Sitapur and others), so far it relates to order passed on the applications (124-Ga and 126-Ga) moved by the petitioner for deciding the interim relief application (17- Ga) which is pending for a period of more than one and half years as contained in Annexure no. 1 to this petition, during pendency of the petition.

It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the opposite party no. 1 i.e. District Judge, Sitapur to decide the interim relief application no. 17-Ga (pending in election petition no.3/2023) expeditiously in the interest of justice."

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that his application for recounting and interim application is pending consideration.

3. Considering the prayer, the present petition is disposed off directing the Court concerned to decide the interim application filed by the petitioner, if not already decided, and his application for recounting shall also been decided in accordance with law, if not already decided.

4. The said applications shall be done within six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
