Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Gaurav Mehrotra, learned counsel for the respondent no.4 and learned Standing Counsel.

Shri Ashwani Kumar Singh, Advocate appearing on behalf of the Union of India has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf respondent no.1, which is taken on record.

The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer that opposite parties be directed to enhance the pecuniary jurisdiction of the Gram Nyayalaya including the jurisdiction to entertain and decide all civil proceedings of valuation upto Rs.25,000/- fixed in exercise of powers under Section 13 as prescribed in two schedules to the Gram Nyayalayas Act, 2008 that however made the entire Gram Nyayalayas dis-functional for which one representation has been filed before the Chief Secretary, Government of U.P..

After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate application under Sections 13 and 14 of the Gram Nyayalayas Act before the appropriate authority.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner top file appropriate application, in accordance with law if so advised and take such steps as available under the law.
