At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he does not want to press this petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioner to file fresh application/petition in appropriate provision with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof.
To the aforesaid prayer, there is no objection.
Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
Office is directed to return the certified copies of the documents as also the original compromise, if any, to the learned counsel for the petitioner, as per Rules in this regard.
