Mankapur, District Gonda, Rahul Kumar Singh Vs Ratnesh Pratap Singh , expeditiously, as early as possible.
(ii) Issue any appropriate orders or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem, just and proper in the circumstances of the case.
