Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the very outset, submits that he does not wish to press the instant petition as the complete order-sheets and other documents could not be placed on record. He also seeks liberty to file a fresh with complete order-sheets and necessary documents.
In view of the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid .
