The present writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed with a prayer to set aside the order dated 23.01.2024 passed by the court of Special Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw the instant petition to avail the appropriate remedy as provided under law. Therefore, the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
The instant petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
Certified copy of the impugned judgment and order shall be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner after retaining a photocopy of the same to be kept on record.
