1.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the opposite party no 2 and perused the record.

The only prayer made by the petitioner is that a direction be issued to the opposite party no. 2 Tehsildar (Judicial) Tehsil Tanda, District Ambedkar Nagar to decide the the pending Case No. T202104040302116 under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, (Akhtarunnisha Vs. Hazira Khatoon) pending in the court of Tahsildar, (Judicial ) Tehsil Tanda, District Ambedkar Nagar within a stipulated period.

Considering the facts of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the opposite party no. 2 Tehsildar (Judicial) Tehsil Tanda, District Ambedkar Nagar to decide the the pending Case No. T202104040302116 under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, (Akhtarunnisha Vs. Hazira Khatoon) pending in the court of Tahsildar, Tehsil (Judicial) Tehsil Tanda, District Ambedkar Nagar within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
