Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that earlier also for the same relief, the petitioner had approached this Court by filing a Writ under Article 227 bearing No. 5138 of 2022 (Shikha Wadhwa Vs. Civil Judge (Senior Division) Court No - 44, Lko. And Another), which was disposed of by this Court vide judgment and order dated - 3.1.2023, a copy of which has already been annexed in the present writ petition, hence the present writ petition is not maintainable and deserved to be dismissed.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press the present writ petition.
As prayed, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
