Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing at some length, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh for expedition in case if any cause of action arises in future including by explaining the locus of the petitioner to seek his impleadment in the private dispute pending before the Civil Court concerned.
In view of the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid .
