Present petition has been preferred to direct the respondent no. 1-Additional Commissioner Faizabad Mandal, Faizabad (now Ayodhya) to decide the Revision No. 2730/2005-2006 (Raja Ram and others Vs. State of U.P. and others) preferred under Section 333 of the U.P. Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1950 which is pending since the year 2006.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is respondent/defendant no. 3 in the revision filed by respondent no. 4 in the present petition. The said revision was preferred against the appellate order dated 10.03.2006 passed by the respondent no. 2-Collector, Sultanpur under Section 115 of the U.P. Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1950. The revision is in the stage of argument.

On being specifically asked from learned counsel for the petitioner that whether the petitioner has preferred any urgency application for early disposal of the revision by showing urgency in the matter before the Court concerned, it is replied by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such application has been preferred before the Court concerned and petitioner has approached this Court directly for deciding the revision expeditiously.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that present petition may be disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to move an urgency application for early disposal of the revision before the respondent no. 1 and he may be directed to take a decision on the application of the petitioner within the time fixed by this Court.

Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

On the request of learned counsel for the petitioner and without entering into the merit of the case, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move an urgency application before the respondent no. 1 in aforesaid revision, which is pending since the year 2006. If

any such urgency application is preferred, it is expected that respondent no. 1 shall decide the urgency application expeditiously as the revision is pending since the year 2006 i.e. for the last 18 years in accordance with law, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without providing any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
