This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer;

"Issue an order or direction, directing the trial court to decide the Civil Appeal No.08 of 2021. (Mahesh Vs. Tejveer and others), expeditiously as possible as within short stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble court which is pending before Civil Judge Gautam Budh Nagar."

It is contended that defendant's appeal being Civil Appeal No. 08 of 2021 is pending consideration before the Court concerned.

As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed off, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondent, with a direction upon the Court concerned to decide the Civil Appeal No. 08 of 2021, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed off.

It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
