- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
- Present petition has been filed with following prayer:-
"(i). Issue an order/direction to learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No.14, Allahabad to decide the 6C application in Original Suit No. 3718 of 2022 within stipulated period."
- Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that 6C application is pending since long, therefore, a direction may be issued to decide the same at the earliest.
- In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed o f with direction to learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No.14, Allahabad to decide 6C application in accordance with law, maximum within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
