Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing at some length, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach this Court in case if any cause for expedition arises in future in respect of a suit filed by the petitioner in the year 2021.
In view of the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid .
