Hon'ble Jaspreet Singh,J.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh with appropriate pleadings and proper parties.
In view of the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid .
Whenever the petitioner files a fresh petition, he shall serve a copy to Shri Farhan Habib, learned counsel, who is appearing on behalf of the Sunni Central Waqf Board, Lucknow.
