This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the First Information Report dated 20.11.2024 bearing Case Crime No.0065 of 2024, under Sections 69,352,351(1) of B.N.S.,2023, Police Station Gautam Palli, District Lucknow.
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to avail other remedy before the appropriate Court as prescribed under the law.
Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same.
Accordingly, the writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed above.
