- Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press the instant application and prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the application with liberty to pursue the appeal pending before learned Sessions Judge concerned.
- Accordingly, the application is rejected as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.
- It is also expected from the learned Sessions Judge to decide the delay condonation application pending in the appeal and its consequential applications.
