There is a consensus at Bar that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court passed in bunch of petitions leading being Writ A No.5724 of 2024 in Re: University College Ret. Teachers Welfare Asso. Lko. and Another Vs. State of U.P. and Others decided on 01.10.2024.
Considering the aforesaid consensus, the petition is allowed. It is provided that the petitioners are entitled to get the benefit of the order of this Court dated 01.10.2024 passed in the case of University College Ret. Teachers Welfare Asso. Lko. (supra).
