Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 and Shri Shubahm Tripathi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No.2 & 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to the relief sought in the writ petition, the petitioner may be permitted to submit a fresh representation before the respondent No.3 which may be directed to be decided with fixed time frame to which learned counsels for the respondents have no objection.

In view of the above, it is provided that in case the petitioner submits a fresh representation before the respondent No.3 i.e. Registrar, King Georges Medical University Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh within a period of two weeks from today then the respondent No.3 shall endeavour to decide the same within a further period of eight weeks by means of reasoned and speaking order on receipt of a certified copy of the order along with representation.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
