Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite party no.1 and Mr. Pankaj Patel, learned counsel for opposite party no.4 while Mr. Shanker Lal, Advocate has accepted notice on behalf of opposite parties 2 and 3.

Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned to re-fix, redetermine petitioner's salary after grant of time-scale on completion of 8, 14, 19 and 24 years of satisfactory service with all consequential benefits including interest and arrears of salary for period 30.10.2015 to 22.08.2018 has also been sought.

Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party no.3 i.e. Managing Director, Pradeshik Cooperative Dairy Federation Limited, Lucknow who shall consider and decide the same within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority along with fresh representation. In case petitioner is found entitled for aforesaid benefits, actual payment thereof shall be ensured within a period of two months thereafter.

With aforesaid directions, the petition is finally disposed of .
