Present application has been filed for the following main relief:-
"Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to quash the order dated 12-08-2024 passed by Judicial Magistrate III, Lucknow in case no. 3504/2024 P.S.Hasanganj, Lucknow Amit Kumar Kashyap alias Amit Kashyap Vs. Akash Jaiswal alias Priyanshu and others."
At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he does not want to press this application and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to applicant to avail the statutory remedy under the law as available to him including filing revision before the Court concerned.
To the aforesaid prayer, there is no objection.
Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
