2. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter at some length has requested that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition and liberty may be given to file fresh petition.
3. Accordingly, the instant petition filed under Section 483 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
