From perusal of the record, prima facie, it is evident that the applicant has set the shop of the complainant on fire; complicity of the applicant is evident and corroborated by the statement of the eye witnesses namely Sumit and Neeraj; the offence committed by the applicant is grievous, hence, no case of anticipatory bail is made out.
Accordingly, the bail application of the applicant is dismissed .
