Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that in pursuance of earlier order, he could not provide the information as required by the Court. Therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file complete facts, details and order-sheet.
Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
In case, if the petitioner moves an application for return of certified copies, the office shall do the needful within three days.
