Heard learned counsel for revisionist.
As the criminal revision was not listed today, which has been taken up on the basis of instant withdrawal application. No one has appeared on behalf of the opposite party.
This application has been filed by the revisionist seeking withdrawal of the instant criminal revision, which has been filed by the revisionist against the order dated 19.04.2023 passed in Criminal Case No.381 of 2019, Varsha Agarwal and Another vs. Gautam Kumar Agarwal, passed by Additional Principal Judge-II, Family Court, Lucknow, whereby the application for interim maintenance filed by the opposite party has been allowed and maintenance has been granted from the date of filing of the case.
Learned counsel for the revisionist has submitted that he does not want to press the instant criminal revision for the reason that the parties have settled their dispute amicably out of the Court. He, thus, prays that the instant application may be allowed and the instant criminal revision may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Having regard to the aforesaid, the application for withdrawal bearing No.IA/5/2024 is allowed .
