Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing at some length, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to assail the impugned order as per the provisions available to the petitioner in law under Sections 207/210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
In view of the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid .
In case, if the petitioner moves an application for return of certified copies, the office shall do the needful within three days.
